Strategic Transaction Support
Strategic Transaction Support entails full-scale, end-to-end transaction preparation and support. This includes working with business owners in all aspects required to complete a strategic transaction. The scope of services generally includes assisting management in reviewing strategic positioning, assessing multiple strategic options to pursue in parallel, preparation of requisite materials, target list development, and guidance through due diligence and closing processes. Our role is complementary to other advisors, including accounting, legal, board, and broker relationships. To align its interests with those of stakeholders, Ideation does not take a commission on any capital raised by clients. Instead, compensation is a combination of equity and fixed retainers. We believe in aligning our interests with stakeholders.
